Week 3 – Journey Education & Support Group – January 21

Week 3 of our NEW free 8-week Journey Education & Support Group Course topic “Making Plans with Legal Professionals” will be presented by Kristen Ishihara. Kristen will answer your questions “What documents do I need? and How do you pay for long-term care?”
The Journey group will meet weekly for 8 weeks with each meeting having a time for education (approximately 45 minutes) all together followed by a time for discussion and support with diagnosed individuals and caregivers splitting into two groups. The support groups will be facilitated each week by Morgan Patel and Dorothy Horne.
