2026 Vendor Registration is OPEN!

Date and Time of Event: Saturday, September 19, 2026 | Noon – 6:00 p.m.
Cost of Space: Early Bird $100 for single 10×10; $150 for 10×20; Price Increase August 1 to $150-$175
Vendor Set-Up Time: Friday, September 18, 12pm-5pm and Saturday, September 19, 8am-11am

Space: No electricity is provided. If electricity is necessary, please contact Vendor Coordinator for special accommodations. We reserve the right to limit just one rep from direct sales companies i.e. Scentsy, Paparazzi, Avon, Pampered Chef, etc. We will try and keep the list updated.
Check-In: Please check-in at ETAA info booth upon arrival. You may enter the east or west roll-up doors to unload. Do not enter through the main Maude Cobb entrance doors to unload. We will have 2-3 food trucks this year, along with general seating for everyone.
Booth space will be reserved on a first registered, first served basis. No booth will be reserved until payment and signed Vendor Participant Form is received.
Vendor agrees to provide:
• Completed and signed Vendor Participation Registration form by September 1, 2026.
• If you are serving food or samples of food, you must contact Deidre @ the City of Longview Health Dept and complete their permit
application by September 1, 2026. Their contact number is 903-237-1285.
• Please provide a copy of the event permit to ETAA by September 12, 2026. Those without required permits will not be permitted
to participate in the event;
• Vendor will provide 10×10 tent, table w/décor, chairs, displays and signs and any other equipment necessary for vendor booth;
• Vendor will provide at least one staffer at the table throughout the event;
• Vendor will stay until the end of the event at 6PM;
• ETAA will provide assistance in unloading and setting up at designated times with volunteers and dollies;
Barrels & Brews Festival is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s property or person during the event. Event will be held INSIDE Maude Cobb Convention Center. This is a nonprofit charity benefit, no refunds will be issued.
